I have some of the same issues at times...Hi Stacie,<br />I have some of the same issues at times. I am learning to better prioritize. I will see if I can help with the menus. :) One suggestion is to take one day like a Saturday; take one hour and prep some of the foods that you will probably use during the week (salad fixings). Cook meats, chilli, soups for the upcomming week. You can freeze some dishes prepared ahead of time and take them out to thaw the day you will serve them. If your meat dish is already prepared sides are easy to put together, saving you time.
